Typically, we would take the following approach to identifying your marketing needs:

1. We arrange an initial consultation free of charge, your opportunity to tell us about your business and where you want to take it.
2. Following the consultation, we'll draw up a marketing proposal (again, no charge).
3. We meet up again to discuss the proposal, and develop it further (still no charge at this point).
4. We issue you with a formal proposal, complete with costs and timescales.
5. You decide if you want us to go ahead and turn the proposal into reality (only from this point are you committed to the project costs).

So it will cost you nothing to find out what we can do for you!

About Rick Rick Perkins is the founder of the Marketing on a Shoestring service. He has 15 years experience in industry, most recently in telecoms as 3Com's Director of Channel Marketing for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). In this role, he was instrumental in the development of 'Focus', 3Com's award-winning Channel Programme. He was directly responsible for channel strategy and marketing, with the objective of making 3Com's Focus programme the most innovative, committed and focused in the industry. Rick graduated from Sussex University with a First Class BSc (Hons) in Electronic Engineering. Since then he has gained a Diploma in Marketing and has been elected a Chartered Marketer member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Rick is married and in his spare time enjoys sailing and squash. He is a former UK Champion in the Fireball class and has also won a Euro Cup event in the RS 200, sailing with his wife.
